Mike was responsive to my request. He came out and made the repairs. He was neat and cleaned up everything when he was done.

Excellent. Estimate given and work scheduled. Phone calls returned promptly. Old caulk removed and new applied. Very neat application. didn't do more work than needed. Grout repaired and reapplied where needed. Wish I had done earlier but didn't know who to call. Excellent clean up also.

Mike is a pleasure to work with, and his efforts met and surpassed my expectations. He visited once for an estimate; we scheduled the work for another date. He was particularly good at explaining just what his services could and couldn’t do, given our specific circumstances. I appreciate that. On the appointment day he called with an arrival time, got right to work and had me examine the results to answer any questions. The results were crisp and clean. I’ve already scheduled an appointment for a second, even more grimy tub!

First, the work itself. It was excellent and restored our bathrooms. in addition, the time was taken to explain what was done and why and provide suggestions for other things we might want to consider doing. The price was very fair and a timely and accurate estimate was provided beforehand. Finally, I would give an A+ on professionalism. We needed some schedule flexibility due to weather issues and this was accommodated at the last minute. Overall and excellent engagement with this service provider. Many thanks!

He arrived on time, removed and re grouted both bathroom tub areas in about 4 hours. He clean up the entire mess from the grout so you didn't even know he was there. My bathrooms look brand new. Very happy with the result. I would highly recommend this service.

I recently had a bathtub re-glazed and a friend did the necessary caulking. Although I appreciated his effort, I wasn't pleased with the appearance of the job. It looked like areas were missed and the space between the flooring and tub was not done. I didn't want to take a chance of having any water leak through the empty spaces, so I consulted Angie's List for a professional to do the job correctly. After reading all the positive reviews, I contacted Mike Dworkin. He returned my call that very day and came out the next day for a quote. When he arrived and saw that it was not a big job and could be corrected easily, he gave me a quote of $ 95.00 and offered to do the job right then and there. I was please with the amount, and also that the job could be done right away. After he was finished, the tub looked 150% better than before. The spaces were filled in, the caulking was smooth and even and there was no mess left behind. I would definitely recommend him to others. Great job.

Sure Step- Mike Dworkin- saw the problem and recommended Bendix Tiling- Bart Bendix- as our solution. Within hours appointments were made and the job was completed in one day with no hassle.They worked efficiently and were extremely clean. They were both respectful and caring for our construction needs. These two companies- Mike and Bart-worked as a team and salvaged the job that Reliable Restoration refused to correct. They were very professional and easy to work with. The guy was honest about what results I would get from this work. I told him that I wanted to see when he got the results and he was honest about that. I would tell people that they do quality work and they are easy to work with.

I have used Mike at Sure Step for years. His work is excellent, his price better than anyone I've ever contacted and he is unbelievably responsive. I plan on bringing him back to clean my tile/grout. When we moved into a new home, I had him come in and steam the shower floors and regrout all of the bathrooms. I will always use Sure Step (also has a company named Grout Geek which is the name of his home service rather than commercial service which is called SureStep

We recently purchase this town house and the bathroom fixtures (bathtub and shower stall) are ten years old. The caulking was cracked and discolored. The shower stall had large soap scum buildup and the shower stall door tracks were dirty. We called this company and the owner (Mike) came buy and gave us an estimate that we found to be competitive. We accepted his estimate, set up an appointment and the rest is history. Excellent job.
