Dock Building and Repair
Things went pretty poorly. They did a good job replacing the bulkhead, however they were unable to follow directions for the overhanging deck and floater supports. They were put in the wrong locate, and as a result the pilings have to be cut short. The ramp was put in incorrectly. They came back to repair it, which was repaired incorrectly. The floater now displaces the deck at high tide. I now have to call another person in to fix their work, which may cost me an additional $3000.00.
