Frank is a pleasure to work with from the first "glimmer" of what is wanted through to the completed addition. He is a professional in every respect from consulting with the architect and us to suggest design changes that would achieve the same effect at a more moderate cost.  He personally worked not only as the GC (managing a select group of sub contractors for plumbing, roofing, and electrical work) but also in all aspects of construction from framing through finish carpentry work and CO.  He is the most ethical of all the builders (IMHO)  doing business in Ocean County.

Flawless. Took 9 months from Start to Finish. Great Workmanship. Builder maintains his own crew for framing and finish work. House was delivered on time and on budget. This was the seond house that we have owned that was built by Solon Builders. First house was built on spec by Solon and for a spec house, was very well constructed with detail and finish beyond standard builder's grade. We were impressed enough with that and his follow up that wehired him to build another new house six years later. Well respected by loacal officials and other builders.
