USE THIS COMPANY! Walter, the owner of the company, came out to do an estimate and he provided me with all the information I needed to make a decision.. He warned me about potential problems that could increase the cost, which some companies will use as a way to fraud their customers.. But that was not the case here - there were no additional costs associated with our job at all and Walter even helped me make some changes that saved me money. Walter responded to calls and texts almost immediately and he did everything he said he would. He said my unit would probably be installed by Friday, guaranteed that it would be in within two weeks when all other companies were leaving me without air for four and five weeks, and he had it in on Wednesday. If Walter said he would find something out and call you back, that's exactly what happened every time. The crew he sent to do the work consisted of two very young guys - but they were polite, friendly, and professional. They did a great job and I wouldn't hesitate to call on them again.
