Comfort Zone Heating, Cooling, Refrigeration, LLC

We woke up to a house temperature of 57 degrees, I checked HomeAdvisor for a local HVAC company, I chose Comfort Zone because of their excellent ratings. I have to say, they lived up to their ratings! They were courteous, professional, and they came in a timely manor, within an hour and half the technician was resolving our issue. I will be looking to them for any further heating and cooling needs. I highly recommend them!!

I was feeling sick and had a smell of gas in my house. I hired this company and throughout the whole process I felt that they listened to me, knew I was sick, took my issue seriously, and found out I had carbon dioxide in my house. From the secretory to the trouble shooter and from the business end and installers everything was professional and caring.

A C pooped out on Wed.Made several calls, checked Home Advisor as I wanted someone local. Tara was awesome.She put me in for noon on Fri. last appointment!!. Chick arrived at 11AM..office called to say he would be early, great.Chuck was outstanding.Kept me informed all the way. Gave me options and proceeded with repair. Could not Have been more pleased.Upfront with cost.Very thorough and job done in one hour. Very anxious as A.C. can be$$$. Will call when it is time to replace.Got an education on AC.I Tough time for many and so glad they were able to accommodate. We are cool and Chuck gave some very helpful tipsð ð

Comfort Zone responded to my AC issue within 24 hours. Their office kept me apprised of the Tech’s schedule changes to get to my home and address the issue. Matt (Technician) was thorough, efficient and affable. He fixed the problem within an hour. Overall cost/charges were reasonable with no surprises. I whole heartedly recommend Comfort Zone.
