We had never met Frank before this but we hired him after gathering several estimates. Frank was friendly, informative and genuinely desiring to please us as his customer. His workers were equally friendly, professional and respectful. We had a new roof put on, some sheet rock and interior work done, a new skylight replaced, and he took all precautions to work within his time parameters and around the weather to our liking. I would highly recommend anyone considering hiring a construction contractor to seriously consider Frank and his team at Coastal. It was a great investment of our money. Side note - heâ s a great guy too !

My entire basement ceiling had mold that was a result of improper construction of my homes master shower. For years I had tried to repair the situation with many other tradespeople, but the day I called Coastal Construction and Contracting was the day my 20 years of problems were solved! Frank came the same day and immediately began a mold removal situation that took weeks and a complete demolition of my master bathroom shower/floor/walls. The project took a little longer due to all the covid delays with supplies ( I picked out tiles and shower glass that took a bit longer to get than usual) but everyone involved with this project was AMAZING. (Frank has the best support staff from a plumber, electrician to painter and tiler!). A side of my exterior siding had to be removed at one point to make sure the mold had not spread, and they carefully removed all the siding, rebuilt the wood, and replaced it perfectly. The amount of care and consideration to my home and during covid with all these people in and out of my house during the week ( and all with safe social distancing and masks!) made my husband and I feel safe. At times I admit I was *cranky* and impatient but that was no reflection of Frank or his company. Blame it on delays with supplies due to covid, not Frank (or CCC!). Also, they completely cleaned up and always left my home tidy; they were kind, quick, and very patient with 2 older homeowners such as my husband and myself. Sometimes we asked questions that were probably silly to them, but they were respectful and kind all the way. Price-wise, I feel that I received a fair value for all the work and time involved... Side note: Frank came to my home prior to an ice storm and overheard me talking about how I am always outside shoveling and de-icing the sidewalk and driveway alone (husband unable to help and I am 88 and had a hip replaced and need a new knee!). The following week there was an ice storm and I looked out my window and there he was, shoveling and de-icing my entire walkway and driveway area. God bless this man!! He treats you like family!!

Frank is easy to work with and always gets back you right away. He painted one room in a timely fashion and was good with cleaning up.

I used Frank to repair ceiling drywall. He was prompt in contacting me and providing an estimate and contract. On time to start and complete the job. The quality was excellent. The house was also left clean at the end of the job. Very satisfied.

Hired Frank to replace the support posts and side rail fence on my porch. The work was done beautifully and professionally and I could not be happier with the outcome and the cost. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again.
