We are a family owned company that provides upfront and reliable service in the commercial and residential pool industry with over 15 years experience. Shaun Carmona will always be willing to clean your pool for you. He has the manpower and the supplies to follow through. time in and time out. I doubt you will find a better pool service (CPO) in South Jersey. We are a small condo community in Little Egg Harbor. Carmona has maintained our pool for about three years. I have never had to call him. If I send an email, he answers in a few minutes. We are not required to have lifeguards, but I know that he goes to high schools during the winter and recruits lifeguards.

We lost some of our pool tiles over the winter. I called Shaun for an estimate to repair/replace lost tiles. He submitted bid and I accepted his reasonable price. Yesterday his people showed up on time. They were very easy to work with and very detail oriented. They completed the work, cleaned up the pool area and left everything in great shape. I would recommend Carmona Pool Services based on my experience with Shaun.

They do show up. Only negatives were I did not know there were so many leaves in the pool they could have swept up. Just dumped chemicals and left everything out in the open. When I asked about filter, they suggested new one. Hired a different company and they said it was just a wire loose and it works beautifully now. Not worth the money at all.

DO NOT USE THEM. I called them in the spring as I needed work to be done on my pool. On the phone Shaun is a great guy, a sweetheart. But do not be fooled. HE WILL LEAVE YOU HANGING AS SOON AS HE IS PAID. The first day the work was scheduled nobody showed. When I called he graciously apologized and rescheduled. Nobody came the next time either. When I called him upset that I was stuck at home yet another day his answer was someone was supposed to have called you We scheduled again and he sent a worker Brendan. a great guy who should work for a more trusted employer. Brendan said he could not do the job and Shaun was going to come that Saturday. I confirmed with Shaun the night before and he assured me he was coming. I stayed home all day Saturday. No show and no answer on his phone. He called 2 days later and claims his phone was broken. Biendan then came a few days later and did most of the job. His prices are way high but I paid them. He did not finish the job but assured me that Shaun would finish it soon and tie up all the loose ends that he could not complete. That was mid may. Shaun was supposed to come by early June. He personally told me he would put me on the schedule. Since early June I have called him and texted him EVERY WEEK for over 2 months. He has not had the decency to return a call or text. I paid him $1,000 for a job he never finished. It is now the end of August. After 2 months I reached out to Brendan. He texted me that he knows they did not do the right thing and assured me that Shaun would call the next day and that they would finish the work on my pool. That was a week ago and nothing. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY USE THEM. THE FEES ARE HIGH AND THE JOB WAS NEVER DONE YET IT WAS PAID FOR IN FULL. CALL SOMEONE ELSE THAT IS RELIABLE. HE IS NOT. YOU CAN CONTACT ME DIRECTLY FOR ANY INFO BUT PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND HIRE SOMEONE ELSE.

By far the best pool company I have ever dealt with. If I could rate them a 10 I would. My pool was cloudy and green. Carmona pool service cleared it up after 1 day. I have owned a pool for 13 years and dealt with many companies but Carmona pools is the best. Knowledgeable, courteous and an overall great experience. This company is the real deal. Would tell everyone to hire Carmona. Thanks again.

They don't even deserve half a star! I made an appointment for pool opening. They never showed up and never called!!!!! Terrible customer service.

Pool opening consists of taking the cover off and turning the power on, dropping a couple of chlorine tablets in the filter. I wish I could put pictures on here. For some reason they have not even called to collect their money, which they would not get a penny from me. Maybe because their not even a real company and have no idea what their doing. They should go work for a real company and see how to preform this task before they solicit as a pool service.

"Ben, I am sorry but I am not sure this is accurate. When we came out on May 2 to open your pool, I spoke to your wife. I let her know that if the pool was very dirty, we would have to come back to complete the cleaning. She was not sure about when that would work for you or what else you may need, such as tile repair for the 17 missing tiles. I sent you a follow-up email at her request, time stamped at May 2, 10:40am saying that it would be the best mode of communication in order to set up both the full cleaning and possibly weekly services and as she was rushing out the door for an appointment, I did not want to rush her into making any decision."
