furniture repair
+ -1 moreAfter a successful first visit and estimate, the owner said he would order the necessary parts and schedule an appointment to come fix the couch. I never heard from him again. In fact, I phoned his company 3 times, twice leaving a voice mail message and once speaking with an assistant. The assistant assured me she would do some research and call me back. I've received no return phone calls.
Description of Work: The proprietor of the company came to my home to give an estimate on the repair of broken springs and supports on an Ethan Allen couch.
