3rd Colony Builders was there when we needed him, what I didn't like was I'm not so sure that he shouldn't have recommended that we get a new roof because we just had a Nor'Easter out here and all the singles and repairs were ripped up. We just had the adjuster come again and he said that we definitely should have had a new roof the last time. The other thing I didn't like about him is that he was grossly overpriced. What we liked was he was there when we needed him and he was got the job done. We would not use him again in the future due to their pricing.
