Saratoga Nissan, for all the problems they had before they sold to Lia, had a great service manager who was great to deal with. He was sincerely concerned about the problems we had, regardless of the degree. We had consistently good interactions with that dealership in general
As soon as Lia took over the dealership, the service became terrible. It got to the point that I had to involve Nissan USA to help move the service forward. That was in early May and it's now mid-June. The problems continue.
Although we love the car, we wouldn't buy Nissan again because the local dealership is terrible.
They asked me to and quot;signand quot; the documents prior to the end of the month of May so she could receive a bonus for the amount of cars sold. I was happy to do that as I wanted the car but was crystal clear, that I did not want to take ownership, until the end of June, when my current lease was up. Everything was good until I found out that instead of my first payment being due in August, as originally discussed, it would now be due in July, since I signed in the end of May to accomonadate my salesperson receiving a bonus for that month. Once I realized this, I told them I would not sign until June, the sales woman called me on my cell phone HYSTERICALLY CRYING about her financial woes and how her not making the bonus that month would cause her to loose $5000.
I was shocked that she would ask me to endure a financial hardship by paying a payment a month sooner than I needed to to help her financially.
I ultimately ended up signing by the end of May because I did want the car. The entire experience, however, was once I will never forget. I would not use this dealership again.
