Tom was very responsive. I called and left a message on Monday; he called back Monday night and because he was going to be in my locale on Tuesday was able to come by the next day. He arrived in the specified window, performed a high quality repair and left within 30 minutes. He was very polite and friendly, and obviously knows his trade.
In home service call was $125, plus parts. Sounds a bit high, but I have little experience with furniture companies and in the end considering the ease and quality of the repair I'm okay with it. Would definitely use again.
Partially repaired what was needed. Since he was unable to fix all that was necessary he did not charge me. Called back the next day to say he had checked the internet for the missing part but was still unable to locate one.
