Pat was awesome. He came and did this remodel and it was done right the first time. He went the extra mile and did a few things we didn't even ask him to do and his attention to detail was not only required for the job but not be be understated. Would/Will hire again.

Pat Misunderstood the scope as I hired him to remove small damaged area and install 5 small 2x4 less than 3 ft total length and apply 3 beads of caulk total length 4 ft. I agreed to his price without haggling and when I asked him about the caulk he denied I asked him to do it. I felt his $200 price more than covered the 1.5 hours of wood work plus the 15 minutes for 3 caulk beads. Pat then told me the caulk was going to be an up charge. Ridiculous, so I paid him $200 for 3ft of wood and a shop vac. Even if we misunderstood each other, are we up charging for 15 more minutes after paying full asking price for 1.5 hours work? Not a good business plan and I can not recommend Adams contracting.

"John, I am sorry you are dissatisfied with my service, although I do feel you are twisting the situation. The in person quote and invoice you received states ?Termite Damage: Remove termite damaged wood and replace with pressure treated lumber.? We did not agree for me to perform any caulk work. When I arrived on your property for the quote I gave you multiple possible options of what I could do and you stated ?let?s just skip the caulk?. I agreed to your request. When arriving to your property the next day to perform the work you insisted that I caulk aggressively. I stated I did not bring it since you stated the day prior you did not want"

He completed the job on time as projected. The job involved a complete removal of existing bathroom down to the studs, floor and ceiling joists. We are extremely pleased with the finished project.

I would highly recommend Adams Contracting. We worked with him for a full bathroom remodel this year. The work was excellent. Pat is meticulous about the work, also very professional, and clean. Everything turned out great and we felt the price was also good. We’re going to have him remodel a second bathroom very soon.
