Snow Mountain Pet Cemetery & Crematory

After reading several reviews on other web sites I thought my experience would be a good one. I was sadly disappointed. I found very little sympathy for the loss of my pet. The "office" was a small building that looked like it was thrown together. There was a viewing room furnished with shabby furniture and not very inviting. On my return to pick up my pets ashes I noticed that there were inscribed headstones scattered around the porch. It looked as if a headstone was pulled out the middle of the stack and the rest left where they fell. The ash color was not tan or cream colored that would indicate the cremation was done in a professional manner but rather it was gray with bits of white and black which indicates the gas was turned off prematurely to save on the cost of gas. Are the ashes those of my pet? After my experience with snow mountain I wonder.
