Nationwide Equities Corp

I was interested in a reverse mortgage on my home. I was consulting with a Timothy Lounsbery, a representative from Nationwide Equities. I was undecided in obtaining the reverse mortgage and informed Tim of this. He proceeded to harass me over a 2-3 month time period by calling my home over and over again multiple times per day pressuring me to sign the papers. I kept telling him i would call him when i was ready and that i had to think about it but he would not stop pestering me. It became extremely annoying and he was also being rude telling me things like that my children are ruining my life etc. I am appalled at the unprofessionalism of this company and its employees. I told them that i couldn't put out any funds because i am on a fixed income. After a big blowout on the phone i was told he is now putting a lien on my home for 500 dollars for an appraisal i did not authorize. Also they changed my homeowners insurance policy without my authorization. I am extremely upset and would never deal with this company again.
