i arrived and drove vehicle into receiving bay and was immediately greeted by mechanic who gave me service stub and then directed me to service counter. service advisor took note of vehicle problems and directed me to waiting room. after vehicle diagnosis, he gave me a reasonable estimate and made suggestions for minor service items that required replacement as well as items to pay attention to for next service. all work was explained upon completion and total price was more reasonable than what i had expected for all services performed to my vehicle. upon my inspection, all work was performed clean and carefully and they only replaced what was required. no more no less. overall i am very satisfied with service i received at that dealership.

Service advisor was excellent - courteous and polite and very professional. The service manager, however, made a big issue out of the fact that since I had not purchased my Hyundai from their dealership I was not entiteld to a loaner car. I was told that I had to "buy in" to the program. Really?? For a Hyundai? Seriously? I told him that they make a $1,000 on the sale of a new car but would make many times that if I brought my car in for service over its life. The fact that the service manager made his comments in front of other customers and employees was rather embarassing. I was having a Genesis Coupe 3.8 Grand Touring services - one of the most expensive Hyundai's - and am used to dealing with Mercedes and BMW service. The treatment by the service manager who overheard my conversation with my service advisor (who was EXCELLENT) was completely unacceptable. I will never do business with that dealership again nor purchase another car that is not a premium brand. We all work too hard and have to little time to be treated like some type of deadbeat for requesting a loaner car.

We bought a used car here- with cash. They were really quite pushy, but we went in knowing what we wanted and how much to spend. Things went well enough- though I'd say it ended up being a very average experience.

They are very good. They are very thorough and detailed. They have very good customer service and I've used their service department all the time. I would rate them highly in all aspects.

The salesmen at this dealership were really nice. It was easy because they did the work for me. I knew what I wanted and they were great. Their service department is also wonderful.
