Matt came in the middle of the estimated time window and did a great job. His partner took away the old water softener that I no longer used, and Matt made the necessary repairs to the water line. The entire job took just a bit over an hour to complete. My wife and I are completely satisfied with the work done.

Did a great job. Always does a great job. Had to return on a Saturday because the unit wasn't working. Found out the electrician - who changed a circuit breaker hadn't set the breaker - due to cold weather - didn't realize unit was off till first warm day. Returned , evaluated fixed - works great

The repair team arrived within twenty minutes of my calling the service. Our heat was out on the second floor, so I figured it was either thee zone valve or the second floor thermostat. I was assured the repair team could handle either problem. One man checked the zone valve and said he didn't think it was the problem. The other fellow checked the second floor thermostat and quickly figured out that it was the source of the problem. He had a new thermostat on his truck so he replaced my old one and I had heat again. The whole event -- from calling the company to the repair team's leaving took less than an hour.

The plumber was here for about 45 minutes, and it all went well. Everything seemed to work fine, but unfortunately neither of the new flappers sealed properly for very long. So we had to call the company, and they sent the plumber back out within an hour. He checked everything and replaced both flappers with a different type which did the trick and cost us nothing extra. They back up their work as well as their products. Nice.

Guys were on time, worked quickly, and were very professional.

Bill came in the tried to fix but find out the whole system isn't wired and function properly. He took an extra hour of charge out because he suggest for a new system based on the findings

Excellent, Len Thonus' team arrived promptly and replaced our 24 year old faucet in no time. They were clean, efficient and reasonably priced- no surprises! I will definitely use them again!

They are good but they are more on the expensive side. I would recommend them. The staffs were fine. They were courteous. They know what they were doing. The area was fine when they left. The work was done within the timeframe that they mentioned. What stood out the most was the quality of the work was done well. I would tell a friend that they are a reputable company. I really don’t think they can go wrong but pricing was fair.

I had a bad leak under my kitchen sink and needed the tail pipe and strainer replaced.  I got an estimate from another plumber first who wanted $550 for the same job and accepted cash only.  I called Len Thonus Plumbing and they came out the next day to complete this repair job and to give me an estimate on some other work.  The plumber was about ten minutes early and had the job completed in approximately 30 minutes.  He was very professional and I was extremely pleased that they charged LESS THAN HALF of what the other plumber intended to charge.  They also accept credit cards while most others don't seem to (or at least don't advertise that they do).  I also asked them to give me an estimate for replacing my central air conditioning and they sent two HVAC guys out while the plumber was repairing the sink so that I wouldn't have to spend additional time waiting around the house.  I was extremely pleased with this company and all three of their guys and wouldn't even consider using someone else.  I will update this review upon receipt of the a/c estimate.

The tech that came was professional, quick and efficient. They do good work. It's just that you cannot count on them in an emergency which invariably plumbing and hvac are.

They are a small company and I love using them. You actually get to speak with the owner of the company when you schedule your appointments and he is very concerned about quality. He only has a select group of people working for him and they work up to his standards. They are in the same town as me so they know all of the building codes. I recommend him because he is a great guy. I also use him for plumbing.

Over the last four years, I have probably used him four or five times. He does quality work and always follows up on his work. He is very punctual. He can also make some very practical suggestions if you are thinking of purchasing something.

He was very thorough. He charged by the hour. He did his job very quickly. I liked him a lot. I also thought his price was really fair. I would definitely use him again in the future.

I was extremely pleased with the work. the young man who came to do the work was very courteous and knowledgeable. they promised to come at a certain time and were very prompt.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE. THEY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING IN GREAT TO DETAIL OF WHAT THEY WERE DOING. I THOUGHT THAT THE PRICE WAS FAIR. I RECOMMENDED THEM TO THREE OTHER PEOPLE.
