Jim is a one-man operation. He returned our calls promptly and came to estimate the job when we agreed. He gave a thorough explanation of what he would do and answered all our questions. He gave a written estimate that was on target for the work to be done. He was flexible about a start date since we were lining up some additional interior carpentry at the same time.
When we were finally ready he arrived promptly on the agreed on date. He worked steadily through the week. The job took 5 days to complete. The repair on the walls and ceiling was an amazing transformation. Defects we were sure would be with us always are invisible now. The paint job is flawless with excellent attention to detail. Clean up was perfect. We can recommend Jim Hallinan whole heartedly and without reservation.
