custom cabinets, ceramic tile, countertops, home remodeling
 + 2 moreInitial installation(5-6 years ago) was a disaster with many cabinet doors replaced up to 3 times to get an approximate single wood color shade. For one of the smaller installations, they did not send the regular installation team and sent a handy man, who proceeded to hang the middle drawer front, in a series of 3 upside down, since the wood grains/patterns didn't match it required new fronts to be ordered again. Most recently(2008) I had a hinge pull out of kitchen cabinet door making it impossible to use. I returned with the door to the Imaginative Design to see how to get it replaced or repaired and they said they would be in touch. I thought this would be a phone call and that they would send it back for repair, but instead got a letter saying since they no longer carried this brand it was entirely my responsibility to contact vendor and see what results I could get. Thankfully the vendor was willing to work with me when I explained that my kitchen cabinet company had effectively abandoned me.
Description of Work: Kitchen cabinets and tiles as well as cabinets and tiles for 3 bathrooms were purchased from this store. They supplied the manpower to install the cabinetry. Also purchased through them were high end kitchen counter tops.
