+ 4 moreWe are currently filing a complaint with the State of New Jersey attorney generals office. It is interestng that the previous review does not list a home address as this seems to be a made up review to make the company appear better. I will stand behind my story and provide written evidence on how they mismanaged and misappropriated funds for our constuction project.
Description of Work: This company abandoned our project after numerous attempts by us to correct situations both financially and physically in our home construction. He is a liar and a thief who stold money from our project and to date has not been heard from. He failed to pay the sub contractors as they met their completion of work. The principal owners of this company are Steve Pisano and Tony Delia. The building supervisor is Rafael Orozco. Please be aware these gentlemen are not to be trusted .

+ -1 moreI had no problems with the work. I was very satisfied with the end result. The company was a bit unprofessional about the payment, even though he knew the insurance was paying he was a bit pushy.
Description of Work: They did a complete roof removal and re-shingled the roof.

+ -1 moreWe never trusted them and ask for building statement through out and have found many issues in their billing practices. We caught most of them and they decided to suspense our jobs. So we have taken the position to fire them. If you have them as contractors ask for the bills and check you are being build what they say and ask the subs if they are getting paid what you are being invoiced.
Description of Work: This company are corrupt. They had wonderful subs however this company's invoicing plan is unbelievable. They borrow from Peter to pay Paul. They have stiffed some of the subs and claim because of our delays and lack of paying their subs they try to extort more money out of us. We decided to terminate them and will finish the house ourself. They are such salesmen and I warn the public not to hire them. I would be happy yo discuss this with anyone.

+ -1 morePlease see above. I put the main company name down as well to warn the public. He works under Green Tree Construction and his partner is Tony Delia.
Description of Work: The builder name is Steve Pisano. Basically he is a liar. We hired him as our builder under this parent company. The job was going well till we starting noticing that billing amounts did not add up and there were to many change orders. When I requested the invoice and the bills, he got very mad until I explained to him it was in his contract. We have discovery numerous billing errors and when approached he started to correct them. We continue to review his invoices and realized he was never paying his subs directly and taking care of his expense first. When I approrached him on this matter, he got very disturbed and suspened our job and wish to go to mediation. I have progressed at this point with an attorney. We have found that his job was full of shortcuts and need to be addressed to correct them. I am posting this to warn the general public and available for comment.
