Every time they came, they crushed our downspouts and did very uneven edging. They took full responsibility and tried to fix it but it was still unacceptable. We came home two weeks ago to see that part of our retaining wall was destroyed and we called them to take a look. They took full responsibility and said they'd fix the wall. We also pointed out that one of the large pavers used for our patio had a crack in it. Again, they took responsibility and said they'd fix it. Today I got a phone call from the owners son accusing me of lying about the damage to the retaining wall and also accusing me of wanting to " get things for free" he was so rude to me. I've never been so insulted by someone I've hired before. He refused to take any responsibility for the actions of his employees and basically called me a liar. He also said that last year, because of their error, they came and did a fall clean up ( which we did not contract for). When I called to point out their error, they apologized and took it off the bill. Suddenly, I'm trying to get things for free? I've never dealt with such an unprofessional person in my life. I would steer clear of them- there are so many decent , professional landscaping companies out there. You don't need to have your credibility called out over things that are absolutely their fault and their responsibility.

They're pretty good. I can see that the lawn was well-maintained and it's not a problem.

THEY DO A FANTASTIC JOB. THEY MAKE MY LAWN LOOK JUST WONDERFUL. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY PLEASANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH. I AM VERY HAPPY AND SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICES.
