CLEANING AUTHORITY

Two people came out to do the job. It was all generally good. What we liked a lot is that they use good things, they don't use any toxic cleaning products. I would tell people they do a good job and they don't use toxic products. The price is a little high.

They didn't do a thorough cleaning, they did surface cleaning. Brought in too many people that were socializing - on the phone, etc. Didn't take enough time to clean the house. Only took one hour and I have a home that is over 5000 sq. ft.

Have been using Cleaning Authority for a little over a year now. In the beginning they were doing great work, then the workers quit and new workers where assigned to my home. I started noticing that they were taking to many short cuts. Things that should be cleaned regularly where not being done. I had to contact the management on several occasions and he had to come out. Even after having the manager stay on top of the workers. They continue to slack off. I honestly will not recommend the Cleaning Authority to any one at this point. The company needs a complete overhaul.

THE HOUSE LOOKS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL, THE FLOORS ARE SHINY, AND APPLIANCES LOOK BRAND NEW. MY HOUSE SMELLS SO MUCH NICER SINCE BEING CLEANED WITHIN THE PAST MONTH.

IT WAS ALRIGHT. I WOULD SAY THAT I HAD TO BE ON TOP OF THEM. THINGS WERE OVERLOOKED THAT SHOULDN'T HAVE BEEN. I HAD TO CALL UP THE MANAGER A NUMBER OF TIMES TO TELL THEM WHAT THE GIRLS HAD MISSED. I'M NOT RE-HIRING THEM FOR ANOTHER YEAR. IT WAS A ONE YEAR CONTRACT, AND I'M GOING TO STOP AT MY ONE YEAR.

I AM PLEASED BECAUSE I AM STILL USING THEM. MY HOUSE IS CLEAN WHEN I COME HOME FROM WORK & THEY DO A FAIRLY GOOD JOB. IT'S NOT OUTSTANDING, BUT IT'S BETTER THAN WHAT I WOULD DO. IT SAVES ME A LOT OF TIME.
