We had no problems with this mortgage company at all. For being a larger place, they seemed to be pretty on the ball to us. Nothing ever came late. They provided us with an abundance of numbers to call if we had questions or comments. We got a ton of paperwork in the mail from them and reading materials and stuff like that. We really did feel like for being such a large company, we seemed to get information that was relevant to us and appreciated by us.

Found this broker through Lending tree. I was told upfront that the only fee I would have to pay was the application fee. Two days before closing, the good faith estimate changes and .75% was tacked unto my closing cost. They say experience is the best teacher and that is so true. I don't want to see anyone else get hurt by this broker. They are very unprofessional, unreliable, misleading and callous. They will use several delay tactics to make you lose lock in periods and favorable rates. If you decide to go with them anyway, drop them the minute you get any uneasy feeling.
