I called at 9:30 on a Friday morning and they had someone at my house by 11am and fixed by noon. The service was done during the lock down of Covid 19 and the gentleman came with gloves and a mask. He was very respectfully and kept to the social distancing rules.

All I can say is I will never purchase a GE appliance again. Even in bad times a little customer service would mean a lot
