Bob - Had to take out circuit breaker and put in a new one. Took the one he replaced with him. Didn't test the circuit , AC not working, had AC installer come in. Said the circuit breaker was not in the on position. Reset the breaker - worked fine.

Very happy with the job that was done. Pat was able to trace out all the outdoor circuits involved, eliminate the short we had and reconfigure the existing wiring to allow for addons in the future.

I've used them multiple times and they're always great. Very friendly, professional, punctual, clean and reasonably priced. Couldn't ask for more.

He arrived within five minutes of the stated time and went right to work. He pulled the outlet out of the box and used his electrical equipment to figure out what he needed. I pointed out that only three outlets in the house were on that circuit. That's when he checked one of the others and found an unconnected wire. After some electrical testing he connected it properly and then tested that outlet as well as the one that had an open ground. All was well. My wife and I then asked him to repair another outlet that didn't have an electrical problem. What happened was that a plug pulled out of the top hole pulled the outlet an inch out of the box. He had it repaired in no time.  After that we had some general questions, ending with the service panel itself. He answered all of our questions fully.

Feuersenger did an amazing job, and even contacted the manufacturer to understand the programming of the system.  I was very impressed with all aspects of the work.  They were also very clean and made sure that they cleaned up after themselves.  They left the house as clean as it was when they started.

He came out. He was very timely. I wasn't there. I never met him. He came and did the work that I asked him to do. He did it all in a day. He was on the list and had good remarks. He was prompt and returned my call right away.

Went  very well.

I needed a part for my sink, and called around with no luck. Feuersenger
told me to take a photo of the part and my sink and bring it in, which I
did, and they gave me the replacement part for free. I had never used
them before, but they still didn't charge me.

All the work was performed in a very timely manner, especially given the circumstances. They educated me on exactly what was involved
with restoring my electrical services fully, and how to deal with the power company and other utilities.
