Work was fast and good quality. The technician suggested good ways to economically bring several outlets up to modern standards at low cost by wiring them downstream of GFCI's, saving money. The only downside was that we didn't realize that a building permit was necessary, and that the cost of the permit was not included in the price (addl $118 in our town).

Upon arrival, technicians: - cut the cables and removed the splitter box - Burnt the timer switch inside the house. Never once they mentioned to me that there is a service call fee of $135.00 / hour nor gave me an estimate of the over all cost of the job. It was only after performing cutting and burning my timer that they mentioned the job would cost me $525.00. At this point not only they have ruined something that was already not working, they baited me to complete the service with them. Because i am not able to afford this service, i had to send them home. 5 days later received an invoice in the amount of $135.00 for the troubleshoot. Called the office and was completely mistreated and threatened to send my invoice to collections. Please be very careful with this company. Worst part is that they were referred to me by my roofer.

This was the second time using More Power Electric and I will certainly use them again for any electrical work needed. Angela, who takes care of the scheduling,is very pleasant to work with and very accommodating (I had to reschedule twice due to conflicts). The 2 men who performed the work arrived 30 minutes ahead of schedule, and completed the work efficiently at the quoted price. The new chandelier looks great.

Everything works perfectly and I was able to make it to work on time.

They are very good at what they do. I have been very happy with all of their work. They usually come in a team of two guys who work together very efficiently.
