Description of Work: Tear-off old roof; install Ice & Water Shield; install new premium-style shingles; install new gutters; tear-off and replace old cedar shingles on second story and install premium vinyl siding in its place; and tear-off and replace old aluminum window trim; and install new copper flashing on chimney. All went well, and we are pleased with the work and the new look of our house.

+ -1 moreDid an evaluation on siding our house. Fairly easy to talk to. Would not provide a written estimate or contract where others did. - just a verbal price over the phone. Said if we hired him he would provide a contract for us to sign. His price was higher than the other 4 contractors. Felt we should have had a written proposal indicating all the work contracted to be done.
