Since day 1 of this stampled concrete pool deck the surface has continued to chip away, leaving bare sections of the patio. They have returned on several occasions to re-stain, then re-seal, but this was supposed to be a permanent color only requiring re-sealing. They initially did the stamped concrete as part of my pool refurbish. From day 1 the coloring was chipping out of the finish. Not done right. For 5 years I've fought with them and they just don't care. So, they come to refinish, and instead just apply a clear coat in the hot sun which bubble up the finish making it look horrible. And the nerve to charge $1,000 for a service that they failed to do even with 1/10 the level of pride and workmanship they should
Description of Work: Bomanite provided a stamped concrete pool deck. And has had to come back and re-stain, then reseal the poor work.
