I have known George for many years. His work is always excellent and the men he hires work hard and diligently. They pay attention to detail and are always ready to please. They are thorough in all aspects of their job and take great pride in doing a great job.

Pete exceeded my expectations which are very high. He and his workers were honest, courteous, professional, respectful of my property, showed up early and worked until dark in hot, summer conditions. Most importantly, Pete delivered on all promises exactly as he described, on time or ahead of schedule. Whole project took under 2 weeks and has substantially improved the value of my home.

First, in October-November 2014, he paid us several visits to make sure we got the best plan. He was responsive and very knowledgeable. For the actual job, he came with his crew and not only did he supervised the job himself, he also worked along with his crew. He responded to our needs and he paid attention to all the details. In addition, he guaranteed the work past the winter, so that he came and fixed any problems that had occurred during the winter. Overall, a perfect job!

not a week goes by that we don't receive a compliment for the work. George provided a written plan for the work, provided samples and sent us to his supplier for further research of pavers. When work began he brought a portable toilet for the workers, and parked a trailer for his tools. guys came everyday and worked till 6:00 pm thru incredible heat.

Excellent quality workmanship.  Left no mess behind.  I  have used them before and would give the same rating for those experiences.

We've used George Limbach for other landscaping projects. He is always extremely professional and easy to work with. He accommodates our ever-changing needs with a smile.
This project was no exception. We went through various revisions and changes to the project based solely on our conflicting desires. All changes were made without any hassle whatsoever. 
George and his crew are polite, competent and take pride in their work. They go out of their way to deliver an outstanding job.

In 2011, our property was damaged by Hurricane Irene.  A 100 year old oak in our front yard fell and took down another tree and ripped up walks leading from the house to the driveway and to the street. We contracted Limbach to put in new walks and re-do all the landscaping in front of the house.
Limbach did a great job.  George provided plans for us and was very patient  and helpful as we made changes. The result was beautiful.  All our neighbors complimented us on the new look.
Then, last October, Hurricane Sandy knocked down another 100 year old oak  in the front yard.  It didn't do as much damage, but it did knock out some of the landscaping.  We had the tree and the stump removed, and then asked Limbach to fill the hole left by the stump and repair the landscaping.  He and his crew did another first-class job.   When they left, you would never know there had been more hurricane damage.
In both cases, the final bill was within a few dollars of the original estimate.

These guys do high quality work.  The end result was beautiful - gorgeous new patio and nice plantings. They kept the job site neat and clean throughout.  Partnered with engineering, excavation company, All Fence for fencing and Southwest Greens for astro-turf. George is knowledgeable and is passionate about what he does.  My only complaint was the length of time it took to start the job - we started conversations in September / October and job wasn't completed until April/May.  This was a combination of long city approval process and then bad weather. Once the job started it ran fairly well although the fencing partner seemed to be slow to re-engage at that point and was playing catch up.  The coordination of engineering, turf and land/hard scaping though was fabulous.

We have used Limbach's as our landscaper twice in the past 7 years after major renovations of our home.  As a result of all the renovation work we have done, we have certainly met our fair share of contractors.  Limbach's, in addition to providing creative and attractive landscaping, provides the service in a professional and gracious manner.  A few aspects of working with Limbach's that I appreciated the most as a homeowner:

1.  George is very responsive to listening to the needs / wants of the project and translating that to a plan that fits within the specified budget in a timely manner.

2.  The Limbach crews are extremely polite and hardworking ---checking in with us during the course of the day to alert us as to what to expect each step of the way.

3.  Finally, at the end of each day, the worksite is left in pristine condition - despite the progress on the project.  

It is rare to find a contractor that scores high on the business side (responsiveness, detailed proposals, communications during the project), provides excellent quality work with crews that are professional and courteous.  Limbach's has exceeded our expectations with every project.

Our experience has been completely positive.  George's crew is hard-working and pleasant, and George himself is always available, either on the phone or to visit the property in person.  I have no reservations about recommending him.

Very Well. Limbach's is the best landscaper in this area of Madison, Harding, Chatham etc.  I have used his services for years.  The quality and professionalism can not be beat.  The price is high but I suppose you get what you pay for.

The job was performed personally by the owner and his crew, and was done on time as well as on budget. We have received many compliments on the results, and are very pleased with our lighting. We highly recommend Limbach's both for landscaping and landscape lighting work!

I spent about $1,000 on that service. I continued to use them because they are very responsive to telephone calls, good about coming and diagnosing things and they bring good plants. If a neighbor or a family member requested a referral about them, I would tell them that I like them. They are also very good at coming when they say they would.

They are reliable and they do very good work. We've had very little trouble with the plants that they planted and they replaced the plants that died with very little argument.

They showed up when they said they would. They did the job exactly like they said they would. They also helped repair a brick walkway that I have through my yard.
