Said they would come Friday. Came for about 30 mins, then left. Guys said they would come early next morning and turned up in the afternoon. Used a backhoe to remove some stumps, which I asked for (so that part was good). But then left again. The guys kept trying to plant the tress with wire baskets, burlap and rope attached which I *repeatedly* asked the owner and the guys to remove first. Was assured they would be removed. On third day of work, came home to find the guys planting the trees with burlap, wire and even the rope intact. I asked them to remove it as I had asked every previous days. The guys called their boss who called me back and told me he's been planting trees like that for years, the burlap, wire and rope(!) didn't need to be removed before plating and hung up on me. He then told his guys to just leave the job before finishing, right then and there. So they left the trees unplanted, after three days of coming for a half an hour at a time all because I insisted that they remove the things that needed to be removed. I give them an D instead of an F because they did dig the holes before they walked off the job. Good luck if you want to get this company to do what you want them to do. This review is my opinion based on my experience.
