Cramer's Carpet one is the best!!!! We have used them for years for carpet and have never been disappointed. Even when our bedroom carpet came in the wrong dye lot they changed it immediately with no hassle and no added expense. We used them to add new wood flooring in our kitchen and refinish the old flooring and our floors look GREAT!!!
All of their staff are professional, easy to work with, helpful, and trust worthy! Their prices are great and their customer service is superb!

very well. The one time when we had a problem with some odd staining on wall to wall carpet they tried to clean it and when it could not be removed pursued a warrantee replacement. When the manufacturer didn't want to pay the claim Brad stepped in and called an exec at the company he knew and they paid. The carpet was replaced and the new carpet has been down with no problems for years now.

Excellent experience. No issues whatsoever re typical concerns (quality of the carpeting and/or install issues). All went perfectly. Cramers did our basement flooring last year, post Hurricane Irene. That was such a positive experience that I turned to them again when updating the upper floors.
Dovlyn did a fabulous job. She has a great aesthetic eye, and steered me toward optimal carpet color and pattern selections. She also helped me coordinate wall paint colors with the carpeting. This is arguably well beyond the scope of Cramers' engagement, but she did it extremely well and apparently happily so.
You will not be disappointed.

They did an excellent job with the cleaning and gave me a 20% discount since there was no furniture in the house at the time. The employee who arrived and did the cleaning was very friendly and professional. He gave me all the information I needed about how long the carpets would take to dry and what I had to be careful about until then. I was very pleased that they were able to accommodate me on very short notice, they were able to come and do the clean on the same day I arrived, but this was also partly my luck that they had an opening in their schedule. There were no stains that needed removal, but the carpets looked great after they were done. A bottle of spot cleaning solution was also given to me as part of the service.
