Closets to Adore

Fabulous experience with Closets to Adore! Ally Santacross did an incredible job recommending the right products for our home. The ordering process was easy and straightforward. The install was handled professionally and efficiently. We couldn't be happier with our new closets. We will use again!

Let me just start by saying that the materials are great and the installation was quick. That's where the positive stops. Major issue with our rep, Ally. The room they worked on has always been a shared space with our home office and closet. When we spoke with the rep and showed her the space, we confirmed that one of the outlets can be covered. After installation, we saw every single outlet covered. Immediately reached out and instead of an apology, blamed was cast. The share level of disrespect and stupidity is still astonishing to me. How on earth can we be ok with all the outlets covered when it's also an office is beyond me. The drawings even showed one outlet uncovered. To add insult to injury, the owner, Neil defended this stupidity and blatant lie from the rep who said we were ok with the outlets, in an office space to be covered. I don't even think he stopped to think about how stupid that is. Yes, an entire room without outlet access. I'm still not over this stupidity. On top of dealing with postpartum depression, which I known they don't care about, I had to deal with this. They even wanted us to pay extra for the adjustment from THEIR mistake. Unbelievable. We eventually had to pay an electrician $150 to reroute the wires. No real apology was given to this day. Resolution took a full week from installation. I had 4 people waiting on me to finish this project in order to use this company but I told them absolutely not. If you have time to shadow them while they work, and is ok with practically being called a liar, go for it. But note that they are ok with lying to cover their mistakes and you as a paying customer, does not matter.

The closets are amazing!!! I adore them. Ally was wonderful and easy to work with, she designed exactly what I was looking for. The installers were very nice and did a great job. Would definitely use them again.

I am very happy that I decided to go with Closets To Adore. They installed two closets in my master bedroom & even though they are not very large, I am thrilled with all the organization they were able to give me. Their professionalism, materials & installation team were top notch. I love my closets.

Neil came out and provided us with a functional and aesthetically pleasing design at a price point that was very reasonable. We were so pleased that when it came time to redesign the nursery and linen closets, we called them again. He maximized the closet design for spaces are not extremely large. We can't wait to have him back to share his ideas for additional projects in our home. Thank you so much!

Closets to Adore was great to work with- After sending the request for a quote Neil called a few hours later and set up a day to design the closet. The design process was easy and the guys who did the work were very professional. They did the work in a few hours, cleaned everything up and were careful not to get anything on our new carpet. I would use this company again and recommend them highly!

Neil was great at answering my questions in a timely manner, very professional with his ideas and suggestions and the end result is actually the best part of our bathroom. Functional storage that is contemporary and appealing to the eye. GREAT job by Neil and his team.

We called four different custom closet companies, two local and two nationally known. Neil came and quoted out the two closets, it was competitively priced and he was a local business owner so we decided to go with him. It was the best decision we could have made. Not only was Neil enjoyable to work with (hard to find these days), but after dealing with many different companies over the past few months, I can honestly say that Neil was one of the best and most professional we have worked with. He was responsive and caring about our closets, he called and followed up immediately and a few weeks after to make sure we were satisfied. Something more that speaks to his level of character - two months after Neil finished the job, I had put a plastic water jug on the shelf in the pantry that leaked and warped the shelf. I called him and explained - he came back within the week and fixed it the next. Can't think of someone better to work with if you want a quality closet and an enjoyable experience.

Neil gave me an exact date about two weeks out when the install would take place. He stayed in contact and provided information such as when the shipment arrived at his warehouse and what time he would be on the job. they were very punctual, stuck to their schedule and cleaned up after themselves. I couldn't ask for more.
