HE'S BEEN COMING HERE FOR A LONG TIME. I NEVER HAD TO CALL WITH A COMPLAINT YET. HE ARRIVES WHEN HE'S SUPPOSED TO. HE NEVER LEAVES A MESS TO HAVE TO COME BACK OUT TO CLEAN UP.
