The Total Quality team was upfront and easy to talk to regarding any questionable situation, such as changes to construction plans, costs, and the use of sub-contractors. Each sub-contractor used reflected Total Quality s mission statement, and we would gladly use those sub-contractors in the future should the need arise for their focused services. In addition to their impeccable workmanship and work ethic, the Total Quality team finished our project on schedule (facing sub-zero temperatures and distractions over the holiday season). The construction area was left neat on a daily basis, and throughout the project they went above and beyond their contracted tasks. Their attention to detail was a gratifying relief.
