Punctual, professional, did a great job.

Owner was on vacation and plumber that came was a part-time employee. He did an ok job for the most part. I was disappointed when he replaced two stems in the bathroom faucet as they were larger than the ones he was removing. When I brought that to his attention he told me that he did not have the same size on him and that the larger stems should be fine. I have had some minor issues turning the cold water knob now. Also, I have noticed that the hot water pressure in the slop sink faucet is not as strong as it was prior to his repairing the faucet.

I called John Reid Plumbing in Lyndhurst first but they weren't able to accomadate me (they were too busy at this time of my need) so they recommended Sal Trippi as an alternate. Sal Jr came by and did the work and he was professional as all can be. I told him how I got his name and he mentioned that it was kind that John Reid passed the work to him but wants me to continue with John Reid Plumbing since he was the one I called first. A very professional response. I felt that was an appropriate response and he did a great job with the work I asked him to do. In/Out and fixed the problem. What else can you ask of a business person. Honesty with his clients and Honesty with his competition. Glad they can work together like that and not screw each other. For my first time dealing with Trippi, it was VERY WELL RECEIVED.

His price was very good. He came and looked at it. The next day they came and did the job. I would definitely use him again. I called two or three guys and he was the quickest to respond. It was tough area to work in the basement. They were clean and were in and out in a couple of hours. I didn't have any problem since then.
