 + 0 moreThe sales person made several suggestions and we narrowed the choices down to find exactly what we wanted in the price range we could afford. We set up an installation date and received a call the day before with a time they would be arriving. The carpet installers who were removing the old carpet and installing the new carpet showed up on time, they were courteous, neat and did an excellent job. They even bundled up the old carpet to meet the required specifications so that it would be picked up by our town's regularly scheduled garbage pick up. We're happy with the way the carpet looks ... and more importantly, so is my Dad!
Description of Work: We needed the old rugs from the bedroom & living room replaced for my elderly dad.

 + -1 moreHe's a good listener. We talked on the phone about what I wanted, and then he brought over samples that really matched my ideas. The workers were on-time, courteous, and did a great job. Altogether a good experience.
Description of Work: New flooring in one room. I divided it into two parts. Part is carpeted, and there is wood laminate in the other part.

 + 0 moreNVG Carpet was fantastic. Anybody who loves my dogs is good in my book and these guys were great. They took a day and a half because they wanted the job to be precise and perfect. They came on time and were very accommodating to my schedule. They were very eager to work. The carpet is high quality and stain resistant.
Description of Work: They measured my 8 rooms that I wanted carpeted. They installed the carpeting in 1 1/2 days.
