We were very dissapointed.  We felt that we were over charged and the work that was completed was not very thorough.  We felt that the results were not in line with the charges.

He is very good. His prices are very reasonable and his service is good. The last time I used his services, I spent under $150. The work was done very well. He came to inspect a hard access that was behind the dishwasher, inside a wall. There was a drain line and I told him that in order to facilitate it, I would do the work to break it open and then he could get right in there and do the work. He came out the next day and he completed the work right away. His prices were good. He was very responsive; he came out right away. He showed up on time and when he said he would. He is an older man and he knows his work well. I will definitely use his services in the future.

They did fine. They were pretty much on time; they gave us a window. We didn't shop around for price.

He always come when he says he will. He does the work promptly. He has a very reasonable price.

Mr. Lombardi has replaced a hot water heater, toilets (working in extremely tight areas), sinks (removing an unspeakably heavy cast iron double sink as part of the job), fixed leaks, done maintenance on hot water radiator system, etc. The work is done quickly, always to perfection and always at a fair price. I highly recommend Jerry Lombardi Plumbing.

I SHOPPED AROUND FOR REPLACEMENT OF THE WATER HEATER AND THE PRICE QUOTED BY MR. LOMBARDI WAS REASONABLE. SINCE HE HAD INSTALLED MY LAST ONE I FELT THAT HE WOULD DO AS GOOD A JOB AS HE DID THE LAST TIME. HE CAME ON TIME AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE!
