Total pros! Excellent experience.

My experience at Guaranteed Rate was top notch. After slogging through terrible service experiences at Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and Quicken Loans our realtor suggested we get in touch with Baret. We were skeptical having never heard of the company, but after the first consultation we knew there was something different. Baret took his time to understand our situation and talked through the different options available to us and the pros and cons of each. Despite being well qualified, the other lenders we contacted seemed reluctant or unwilling to spend that time and those that did didn't demonstrate the knowledge Baret did. Come time to buy we finally settled on a FHA route due to the available incentives. While most lenders struggle to close an FHA mortgage within 60-90 days, the Guaranteed Rate aptly closed our mortgage in about 40 days (and we probably could have closed sooner). Yes, we were very prepared and organized, but the Guaranteed Rate team was spectacular and moved us along the process quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend that anyone in need of a mortgage or refi to at least schedule a consultation, it will be worth your while.
