Do not give Jim Molzan any business. He is unprofessional, unreasonable, and illogical.
I was under contract with Jim Molzan for carpenter ant treatment over a year. I renewed the contract on July 20, but I called back on August 3 to cancel and ask for refund because I sold the house on July 31. My point was, since I no longer will own the house, I'd like to cancel my service and let the new owner pay for the service.
He refused to return the money. His illogical question was, "Then why did you sign up for the service?"
He hung up the phone. When I called back, his receptionist also hung up the phone.
What kind of business is this? No work was done since I paid for the service and wanted to cancel it because I am no longer the owner, yet you won't refund the money??
Thieves. Be warned.

"A full refund was issued to Mr. [removed member name] on Tuesday Aug 18th 2015. Ironically, after he posted this review, he called and e mailed our office requesting our services. At that point, it was too late as we were not interested in dealing with such an unreasonable customer. We have been in business since 1980 with over 15K satisfied customers."

Jim was great, very professional. I called to set up an estimate, he came the next day, went through the house inside and out . Gave us a written estimate, we agreed to it he made an appointment to return the next week. Jim showed up right on time, did all the work and a little more than he had thought. Was finished in about (2) hours and we have all the paperwork for the new owners. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone who needs to get rid of or prevent home pests.

Jim is exceptional. I would use him for home inspections and any other issues. I've used others in the past and no one compares.

One thing I really love about this company is that if ever during the year you find yourself with a pest control problem, like say a wasp s nest or something, they will come out and take care of the situation, and it is included in the yearly fee. This is a real nice advantage and I recommend them highly.

THE EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD. THEY DON'T NOTIFY YOU WHEN THEY ARE COMING. THEY DON'T DO FOLLOW UPS QUICKLY ENOUGH. THEY ARE A GROUP OF VERY NICE PEOPLE. THEY DO A GOOD AND THOROUGH JOB OF SPRAYING FOR ROACHES.

THEIR SERVICE WAS VERY GOOD. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY ANSWERED ANY QUESTIONS THAT WE HAD. THEY CAME WHEN WE CALLED AND ASKED THEM TO. THEY CLEANED UP BEFORE THEY LEFT. WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
