"Sir, Although dated in 2008, I just saw your negative review on Angie's list. I had to think back several years to your job, but I believe the charge of approx. $90 was for a service call to have an installer come to your property and perform a diagnostic check. Many times, we try to trouble shoot the job before heading out to the property. For example, we have many customers that call and say that their door closes and then re-opens. This issue can usually be resolved by telling the customer to clean off the safety eyes. I am not sure what happened in your case, but we certainly do our best to resolve minor problems before actually going to the site. I'm truly sorry for your dissatisfaction."
