He had some sort of a gadget, looked like it was to jump your car type of thing. Hooked it up to the pipe, hooked it up to the gadget. It only took him a couple of minutes. I've had more than one thing done with him in the past 6 months.

It was quite a bit of work because it is an old house. He had to go through a root cellar and come out the other side to find it. It was awful. He was awesome. We have used him a lot. He has done a lot of stuff for us over the last 4 years. He is easy to work with and he is very reliable. We've checked around and his prices are very competitive. Sometimes I can't get out of work so I will stop by and drop off a key. He is a nice guy. Sometimes if he is working on something big and he sees something little, he will do it and not charge us for it. His prices are really fair. He is pretty quick. He is my go to plumber. He only does what needs to be done.

They came when they said they would come and took care of the problem. Not only that, but he diagnosed another problem; I had water coming into my kitchen that was not a plumbing issue; it was a tile issue from the apartment upstairs. I called him another time recently to come over and diagnose another problem. They did not charge me for this, but could have, so I really like them.

My most recent experience with Darrin was today. I had a toilet leaking, called him last night and he made sure to get here first thing this morning to take care of it.Darrin is honest, pleasant and always comes right away if it is urgent. We highly recommend him.
