He is a general contractor. The things they told us never panned out the way he said it would. They were very sloppy. He was never there watching them. We had a flood in our basement when they were working on the bathroom, as they didn't close the pipe off right. He was the cheapest, but, the quality of work wasn't there. He never came back and finished the things he told us he would. If he said his men were going to come, they didn't. His men damaged the siding and never came back like he said he would. They constantly failed the permits we took out. In one room, there was supposed to be attic access and the guys made it the wrong size and they had to redo it. I will never use them in the future.
