The quote was free. The owner Mike came to our house and showed plenty of samples and photographs. He suggested several ideas based on our taste. We placed the order and everything was ready for installation within three weeks. We already had everything demolished and ready. The posts and handrails were perfectly stained to match our hardwood floors. The wrought iron rails were beautiful. We were disappointed in the trim work. We recommend you hire a separate contractor for trim work. There was one issue with a post not being installed straight, but Mike came to our house the same exact day we called to fix the issue. They clean up after themselves and take pride in their work. We would have rated them with an A had we stuck with just the wrought iron rails and posts, and excluded the trim work.
