PODS Moving & Storage

The process was simple and straightforward. Their customer service group is a pleasure to deal with and very professional. The POD arrived as scheduled and was picked up on schedule. Everything went according to plan.

Initial interaction was great. Good price, very responsive and very professional. The end of the transaction although was completely opposite. We arranged for final pick up for 1 of the 2 pods. Picked up on time but billed $40.00 more than contracted. 20 mins on the phone to correct and the credit was to be applied. Final pick up of 2nd pod was arranged. Pick up day received phone call that driver was unable to pick up because equipment was stuck in the mud. I arrived a few minutes after the driver must have left to see no mud, and actually the ground was still hard from the cold weather spell we have been having. I then noticed a large dent in the pod that was not there prior. Driver failed to tell me he significantly damaged the pod in attempting to remove. I called to document and arranged final 2nd pick up. This evening I noticed that the credit from initial error has not posted but the additional fee of another months rent had. So not only were we billed incorrectly first and not remedied., but we were billed for an additional month for a pod we no longer had which was removed prior to the billing cycle. i hope that all will be resolved but needless to say will be very cautious in recommending to friends and family.

Pod was dropped of per the scheduled time and placed in my rear drive way exactly the way I needed it not to affect my neighbor's vehicle, the workers were professional and pleasant. The Pod being used for storage while my basement is being redone, I filled up the pod, called them to pickup the pod to take to storage until my basement is completed, once completed they will return and drop pod back in my driveway for unloading. Its easy and painless.....

I still have a POD from PODS Moving and Storage sitting in my side yard. They were really good. I ordered on a Wednesday or a Thursday and they were out here Saturday morning. I needed the POD for storage. My walls and parts of my house had to be replaced. The only way to get the furniture out was to rent a POD. I still have it. I got a discount, they offer several incentive discounts. They put it exactly where I asked them to put it. They worked with me. I wish the price had been a little bit better. They did find a discount for me that I qualified for. I had no choice but to get a POD but they worked with me.

My experience with them was pretty good. They were too pricey and rather fairly responsive.
