Nicholas finished demolition of a partially demolished playset (swingset, slide, fort), and removed all of the parts, including 15 8-foot railroad ties that bordered the play area. He showed up as promised, was cordial and pleasant to communicate with, and worked professionally and efficiently for a reasonable price. He noticed that several of the railroad ties were in great condition and asked if I would like to keep some to replace some rotting or missing ones at the side of my asphalt driveway. I said yes, and he left me 3 good railroad ties along the driveway. That was a nice "above and beyond" gesture. Although it was a long day for Nicholas, he was kind enough to consult with me about building a screened porch off the house sometime in the near future. He seems very knowledgeable about what such a project would entail, explained pros and cons of different design features and materials, and offered to email me some concepts to consider when designing the porch. I highly recommend Nicholas for any contracting needs.

I would give far more than 5 stars if I could!!! The jobs I had to choose from did not fit what was done, but had to choose from drop down list... We had a difficult situation and needed a complete clean out/deep cleaning of my my uncle's home in DE. It was going to be quite the task, as he came back to NJ to be with family, and it would have taken us ages to make trips back and forth to do it ourselves. Nicholas (owner) and his father spent 5 days in DE emptying all of the furniture, debris as well as donating clothing / canned food left behind. Also making sure we got any of his belongings with sentimental value or important documents we had not yet come across. Then performed a miracle by deep cleaning every room, from ceiling to floor, in the place...including appliances! The attention to detail and respectful concern and compassion for what our family is going through at this stage in my uncles life was exactly what we needed! When all was said and done, the whole family agreed the services provided by Logos Contracting was worth every single penny!!!

Nicholas, Steve and Patrick are awesome! Their customer communication is superb and their installation was flawless!! They go above and beyond to make sure the job is well done and the customer is satisfied!! They charge a fair price and value their customers.. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again!!!

My experience with Logos contracting could not have been better. Nicholas, the owner of the company was such a pleasure to work with and incredibly professional. He came every time when he said he would. He really listened to our needs and came up with a plan that exceeded our expectations. Their work was fast and immaculate and their prices more than fair. We never felt pressured in any way and the entire crew but especially Nicholas went above and beyond to get the project completed. I look forward to using them again in the future and recommend them to anyone in need.
