Jim Abrams has always given me a fair price. He's been prompt and reliable. I have used his services on at least 4 occasions and will do so again in the future. I had a minor issue only 1 time and he came back within 24 hours and corrected it at no additional charge. He even came back at the request of one of my tenants to adjust the timing on a motion detector on a flood light even though he was under no obligation to do that (he originally had timed it exactly as she had requested but she changed her mind).
