Premier Wood Renewal

It went terrific they came right on time finished when they said they would and were two of the nicest most professional people I have had in my house. Plus my floor looks so good that I will definetely have them back to do the rest some time in in the very near future. Premier wood renewal is a company I would recommend to any of my friends and feel very confident in doing so.

They did a terrific job. I would absolutely recommend them. The owner, Eric, explains everything and was very helpful.

Low quality work, streaky finish; careless moving my antique furniture. Arrived late, left early, poor contact. Eric was not even there most of the time; had scheduled two jobs for the same day and left the work to two assistants, who did a poor job.

Could not be better. Eric came to my house as scheduled, inspected the floors,and gave me a estimate the same evening. Explained the procedure told me what to expect,how long the job would take and answered all my questions thoroughly . The job was started and finished on time. The floors are outstanding.

Eric came out for an estimate as scheduled for our evening appointment and provided us a written estimate that same visit. We scheduled the work soon after and Eric began the project as planned and was able to finish the job 1 day ahead of schedule. Eric was honest and comfortable to work with. He addressed our questions respectfully and accommodated our needs. I liked that his pricing included the dustless sanding, as some of the competition in the area offered it as an upsell. He wasn't the least expensive vendor, but for the quality of the work and service the pricing seemed fair. Unfortunately 1 year later I've found the finish on the floors lifting prematurely. We've only used the recommended floor cleaner (Bona) and the fact it has occurred in areas of the house that aren't used is particularly disappointing. I reached out to Eric and I shared pictures of the flaking, his response was less than satisfactory - "That's it?". While it may not seem like much to the vendor, after spending thousands of dollars you expect to have a finish that lasts more than a year. If I had to guess the product was either not applied correctly or the area not prepped properly.
