We recently bought a new house that needed some serious electrical updating, including new recessed lighting in 7 rooms and updated outlets/switches/vent fans/etc. Dave was a true pleasure to work with! He got back to us right away and was able to start within a few weeks. He was great at communicating when he would come and what he would need to do, listened to all of our concerns about our house, and gave honest opinions and insight into our project. Dave is dependable, professional, very knowledgeable, trustworthy, clean, and punctual! I found him efficient and fairly priced. He did 7 repairs and installations for me and I will hire him again to do more. The most challenging was the installation of a light in an unfinished basement closet that involved snaking the electric through the ceiling from the utility room to the closet while standing on top of the oil tanks in the utility to access the ceiling. Another electrician I contacted couldn't be bothered, but, as his description accurately states, no job is too big or too small. While doing several repairs, he suspected the current coming into the house was too high and the cause of several problems I was having. He measured the current and it did exceed the 120/240 standard. He researched on his own if the amount I had coming in was unsafe and found that it just cleared the safety test but was probably still the likely cause of all of the blown light bulbs I was experiencing in the chandelier. He advised me on how to take it up with the power company. The power company tested the line, as well as, those of my neighbors and claimed it was 120/240 and safe. Nonetheless, they agreed to replace the transformer at the pole that JCP&L's own repairman admitted was "older than we were"! Since then, I have not experienced any blown light bulbs in the chandelier! Thank you, Dave! The price I quoted was for the installation of the electric and light in the basement closet.

Dave is great, he was able to fix my doorbell in 1 hour that my previous electrician spent 2 days trying to fix. He also replaced some outlets for me. He’s knowledgeable, trustworthy and very clean. I would highly recommend him for all your electrical needs.

I have used Dave several times over the years. He is always professional, courteous, and reasonably priced. I recently had him replace one single ceiling light over a kitchen island with 3 hanging pendant lights. This required him to put in all new ceiling boxes and figure out the position. He did an excellent job and they look amazing! I would never hesitate to use him for any electrical work.

We had to dig a 2 foot deep (required by code) trench into which we laid conduit tubing which was then attached to the existing conduit on the barn's exterior. We then snaked a new set of electrical lines through the tubing and ultimately into the barn's electrical panel. The job was then complete and all of the barn lights worked perfectly. OZ will be my electrician going forward. David's work is expertly done and absolutely thorough. David is punctual and positively determined to do the job the right way. I would recommend him without reservation.

Oz Electric was great! Even though he is off on Sundays he called me within the hour. A true professional, he assessed our safety and based on our description came out that same day for a service call. He was prompt, meticulous, and took the time to answer every question we had. He even answered questions on things that we would like to accomplish for future. Payment was reasonable and all charges were fully explained. We will be going to Oz for all our electrical needs.

Great attention to details over every aspect

David did a excellent job. He installed the outlet for me and did the permit in the township. Also he find the problem with the smoke detectors and fixed it. Now everything works great. I would definitely recommend him.

Dave was able to come out with short notice to finish rough in of electrical work done by another contractor who moved out of state. He was able to test the floor per OEM specs and do final hook up.
