I wouldn't recommend Mike Swain Carpentry. He was horrible. When he came over to my house, he had body odor and he ruined my hard wood floor. He did great work, but I just don't like the fact that he has body odor and his boots are all dirty and he didn't bother taking them off on my hard wood floors. He brought his dog over and it was running around my yard. His work was good and his price was reasonable but he was very unprofessional. It took him a couple of days to call me back after the original phone call.
