I used this company for about three years. During the third year I called and left a message to address a significant moss problem. Several weeks later, someone left me a message saying to the effect "We're doing the best we can". I then canceled the service. A couple of weeks ago, I received a letter from the company asking me back to their service. I called and left a message explaining why I canceled in the first place, and asked "What will be different this time?" It's been about three weeks and the company has not returned my call.

WE PRETTY MUCH GOT WHAT WE EXPECTED. THE MAN MET US AT THE NURSERY AND WE WENT OVER THE PLANS. HE ALSO DID SOME BRICKWORK AROUND THE BEDS. HE DID A VERY GOOD JOB WITH THE GRASS. WE'VE HAD MANY PEOPLE STOP BY AND ASK HOW WE DID IT.
