DRS LAWN & LANDSCAPING LLC

I am new to the area and used DRS this summer for mowing, trimming and blowing. I was happy with the way they took care of the yard however the owner of the company rarely returned my calls on a timely basis (if at all) when I had a question. When my call was returned it took 2-3 days and in one instance it took more than a week  to find out if he was willing to pick up bush/tree trimmings. When fall arrived and I called to get information on what his rate would be to pick-up leaves, his response was once again slow. When we did talk, he would not commit to a fixed rate as he mentioned hauling leaves from my backyard would be time consuming. I cleaned up the backyard myself then called back for a quote on the front only. He has not returned my call despite the fact I told him I was uncomfortable my leaves were blowing on my neighbors lawn and despite the fact that I told him he needed to call me back by the end of the day or I would seek out another service provider. Not very good customer service at all.
